Begin with a particular tool and task rather than a sweeping claim about what all AI can do.

Ask which system is being discussed

The label AI covers different products and approaches. Start with the specific tool, the task it is being used for and the source describing its capabilities.

Define a useful result

Set a concrete standard for the task. An interesting output and a dependable result are not interchangeable descriptions.

Look for limits in the documentation

Read the provider’s explanation of intended uses and limitations. Avoid assuming that a demonstration establishes performance in every setting.

Keep human review specific

Identify which parts of the result require checking and who is qualified to check them. A general instruction to review everything is less helpful than a clear review process.
